Thank Jesus for the breath of life! 2015 ends peacefully, and we stand on the threshold of 2016!
No matter what transpired in 2015, I want us to look at the good things: the triumphs, the protection we lived under, the provisions at the nick of time, the healing, and the hope we have for our future. Let us be thankful.
Jesus, who brought us out of darkness when we knew no better, who forgives our countless sins, and who still intercedes for us before our Heavenly Father, is indeed our rock and our salvation.
I urge us to enter this New Year with renewed hope, understanding who we are in Christ: royalty, victor, conqueror, and joint-heir with Him in heavenly places.
Let us embrace Jesus in 2016; following Him by obeying His commands- loving our neighbor, treating people right, envying no man, working hard, being honest, and making our requests known to Him through prayer. Let us ask for His peace, His joy, His mercies, His provisions, His favor, His wisdom, and His protection for ourselves and for our loved ones.
In all these, let us ask for the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord; this is the source of all knowledge and wisdom (Psalms 111:10).
When you embrace Jesus in 2016, He will make you the head, the salt of the earth, and the bearer of good tidings! As you embrace the King, divine health, favor, and protection will follow you, and you will be a blessing to others.
EMBRACE THE KING, and allow 2016 to be that special year you have prayed for, and let righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit be yours for the rest of your days!
Amen, and have a Happy New Year.

Weekly Nugget: "There, in the presence of the Lord your God, you and your families shall eat and rejoice in everything you have put your hand to, because the Lord your God has blessed you" (Deuteronomy 12:7; NIV).
