POSSIBLE IMPOSSIBLES

Things just do not seem to be working out despite all your efforts.
The expected job or promotion didn’t materialize, the relationship is teetering, the children have not come despite many years of marriage, or your friends and family continue to let you down! Life is just impossible!!
But I have news for you….If you wholeheartedly embrace Jesus as your Lord and savior, things will improve. God says that nothing is impossible with Him (Luke 1:37). He calls into being those things that do not yet exist!
Do you remember Jabez? God promoted and made him a leader amongst his people (1 Chr. 4:9-10).
Do you remember barren Hannah? God gave her many children, the first of whom was Prophet Samuel (1 Sam 1:11 & 20).
Do you remember Joshua? God empowered him to conquer The Promised Land (Josh 1:1-6).
Do you remember Jesus’ Apostles? The Holy Spirit came upon them, and the once-afraid group of fishermen became the fearless men of God that spread Christianity to the then known world (Acts 1:8)!
God has promised to be with you through all your troubles; trust that He will, and stay strong. There is nothing too difficult for Him, and He says that if we obey Him, we will yet eat of His goodness (Isaiah 1:19).
I need you to understand that if God is on your side, your impossible situations will become possible.
As Abraham trusted God for children while his wife Sarah was 90 years old, so should you look to God.
Trust God and His Christ in your seemingly hopeless situation, and watch Him make the things that do not yet exist in your life become reality. Just believe and wait patiently!
Lesson of the Week
1. Ask God to change your situation (1 Chr. 4:10)
2. Claim God’s promises for yourself, and believe unwaveringly (Isaiah 43:18-19)
God is the only One that can change your circumstances; ask Him in faith to do so.
The power of life and death lies with Him; if you ask Him, He will answer. He only needs to hear you ask!
Search the scriptures for His promises to His chosen, claim those promises, think on them, and walk a righteous path. God will not disappoint you.
Do the things you ask of Him seem impossible? Do they sound far-fetched? Then you need to remember that the One who parted the Red Sea, fed His people in the wilderness for 40 years with Manna from heaven, and who toppled the walls of Jericho, can, and will come to your aid.
Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened to you (Luke 11:9).
If you will only believe God, your impossibles will become possible, and your joy will be full.
Enjoy your week in God’s abundance, and please keep the faith!
Weekly Nugget: “(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” (Romans 4:17; KJV)
